Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • items must be returned with original packaging and all tags included

  • shoes must be tried on indoors only

  • items must not show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@likepush.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you wish to return

  • the reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Defective Returns

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, incorrect size, or ordering error:

  • returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

If confirmed, you will be eligible for either:

  • a replacement item (if available), or

  • a full refund

We will cover return shipping costs where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 1–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • items returned after 30 days

  • items not in original condition

  • worn, damaged, or altered items

  • items returned without original packaging or tags

  • final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
